By accessing this website, booking a session, or purchasing any service or digital resource offered under GENIE LifePower Coaching, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Please read them carefully.
1. Coaching Disclaimer & Scope of Service
GENIE LifePower Coaching provides non-clinical, non-therapeutic coaching services focused on self-awareness, personal alignment, life direction, and conscious decision-making.
Coaching may include reflective conversations, assessments, frameworks, exercises, and educational material related to identity, values, purpose, career alignment, and life transitions.
What coaching is not
Coaching services provided through this website are not:
- Psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment
-Medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis
- Legal, financial, or medical advice
- A substitute for professional healthcare or licensed therapeutic support
- No diagnosis is made, and no treatment is provided.
If you are experiencing acute psychological distress, trauma, or mental health challenges, you are encouraged to seek support from a qualified mental health professional.
Personal responsibility
Coaching is a collaborative and reflective process.
You remain fully responsible for:
- Your choices, actions, and decisions
- How you interpret and apply insights from coaching
- Seeking appropriate professional support when needed
While coaching can support clarity, alignment, and awareness, results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on many personal and external factors beyond the coach’s control.
2. Terms of Service
2.1 Services Provided
GENIE LifePower Coaching may offer:
- One-to-one coaching sessions
- Group programs or workshops
- Digital products, assessments, or resources
- Online or in-person sessions (depending on availability)
The exact scope, duration, and format of services are described on the relevant booking or program pages.
2.2 Client Responsibilities & Conduct
By engaging in coaching, you agree to:
- Participate honestly and respectfully
- Take responsibility for your emotional well-being during and after sessions
- Communicate openly about boundaries or concerns
- Treat the coach and any group participants with respect
- Harassment, abusive behavior, or repeated boundary violations may result in termination of services without refund.
2.3 Payments & Refunds
All coaching sessions and programs must be paid in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Prices are clearly stated at the time of booking
Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or partially used programs
If a refund policy applies to a specific program or product, it will be clearly stated on the corresponding sales page.
Dissatisfaction based on subjective experience, perceived outcomes, or changes in personal circumstances does not constitute grounds for a refund.
2.4 Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows
Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance (as specified at booking)
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time
These boundaries protect the integrity of the coaching container and respect both parties’ time and energy.
2.5 Intellectual Property
All content provided through GENIE LifePower Coaching — including frameworks, methods, written materials, exercises, recordings, and the GENIE Spiral™ — remains the intellectual property of the business.
You may use materials for personal use only.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or resell content
- Share materials publicly or commercially
- Present the frameworks as your own
- Written permission is required for any other use.
2.6 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- GENIE Life Power Coaching is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from coaching
- No guarantees are made regarding results, transformations, or life changes
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
- Coaching is a supportive process — not a promise of specific outcomes.
2.7 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
