ENNEAGRAM: YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM (GENIE: E)

Decode your default OS in 45 minutes - so you stop fighting yourself and start using yourself.

When pressure rises, people don’t rise to goals; they fall to type. Let’s design strategy that fits your type instead of wrestling it.

We map Enneagram type + subtype + stress/security arrows to your work + money patterns. Then we overlay your Financial Mirror of Type (biases, fears, decision shortcuts) so daily choices stop leaking power.

What we do:

  • Pin your type + subtype and the 3 tells that show you’re drifting into shadow.

  • Spot your Work Loop: trigger → default reaction → typical outcome (for role, conflict, deadlines).

Make change stick without white-knuckle willpower -install micro-habits your brain actually keeps.

We pair tiny behavior design with nervous-system regulation so your type can execute calmly, repeatably, and on schedule.

Neuroplasticity + behavior loops (cue → action → reward) + a state-reset menu (breath/grounding/somatic micro-moves). You’ll anchor each new habit to an existing routine and a body-based reset, so it survives real life.

  • Choose 1 Keystone Habit in each lane: energy, time, and money (3 total - micro versions only).

Pick the roles that love you back—by testing Ikigai with a felt-sense reality check.

We’ll align what you’re good at and paid for with what sustains you—and verify it in your body before you bet your future.

The Spiral Ikigai Canvas (strengths × value to market × audience × lifestyle constraints) + Ikigai-Kan = a felt-sense test (mind/heart/gut congruence, nervous-system calm, “would I do this on a Tuesday?”). Then we score options with a Role Scorecard.

What we do (clear + concrete):

  • Strength Stack: 5 signature skills, 3 energizing activities, 3 credibility assets.

  • Market Match: who pays, for what outcome, at what level (bands), in which formats (role, consultancy, hybrid).

  • Lifestyle Constraints: geography, language, flexibility, income floor, risk appetite.

  • Ikigai-Kan Test: rate Head (clarity), Heart (meaning), Gut (safety/drive); add a 90-sec state check.

  • Role Scorecard (weighted): autonomy, learning curve, impact, income, stability, network velocity.

  • Top-3 Role Picks + 1 Primary Thesis: each with a 7-day micro-experiment (conversation target, deliverable, signal of fit).

  • Anti-Goals: what you refuse to trade anymore (hours, politics, travel, values clash).

Week 6- IDENTITY & ROLES RECOMPOSITION (GENIE: E)

Stop living as your job title - recompose your identity so roles serve you, not swallow you.

When roles fuse with identity, burnout and bad decisions follow. We separate the two and rebuild your choices from the real you.

A Role–Identity Separation Audit (narrative reframing + parts work) + Boundary Language + your Enneagram shadow tells. We map each role to needs, values, and ROI on energy - then rewrite agreements so the role is a hat, not a home.

What we do:

  • Full Role Inventory: work title(s), partner/parent, expat, caregiver, family-of-origin duties, “invisible jobs.”

  • Three Columns: What this role demands → What I actually value → What I will keep/stop/transfer.

The Soul GPS is a 1-page decision system:
